Elvis - november 2

Elvis gave a party at his hotel before going out on maneuvers.
He sang and played guitar for Margit Buergin and other friends while a crowd
collected in the street below. Around this time he received a call from Dee Stanley,
the wife of an American sergeant stationed in Frankfurt, inviting him to dinner with her family. Elvis did not go, but Vernon accepted the invitation later, while Elvis was on maneuvers.

Elvis had a meeting at Hidden Lodge, Idyllwild, California.
Here was the script meeting for Kid Galahad.

Elvis flew to Palm Springs.

Elvis returned to Los Angeles after spending the weekend at Palm Springs.
At the Beverly Hills' Optique Boutique Elvis picked up a pair of customized goggles
as well as 2 pairs of non-prescription glasses and 2 solid gold frames.

Elvis flew back to Memphis. He had to make final preparations for his upcoming tour.

Elvis was released from the Baptist Memorial Hospital.
Somewhere during this week Elvis and Linda went to Sam Thomson's parent's house.
They spent the evening relaxing and singing blues numbers, as well as other old favorites like I'm So Lonesome I Could Cry and Spanish Eyes.
Elvis and Linda even sang a duet together, which was taped by Sam Thompson.
